Responsibilities- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying fitness levels.
- Develop personalized Pilates programs tailored to clients’ needs and fitness goals.
- Ensure the safety and proper form of clients during all exercises to prevent injuries.
- Provide expert guidance on Pilates techniques, breathing, and alignment.
- Maintain and clean Pilates equipment to ensure hygiene and functionality.
- Track client progress and provide motivating feedback to encourage continued improvement.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- tay updated on the latest Pilates trends and exercise science to enhance teaching methods.
- Certified Pilates Instructor qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience teaching Pilates in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and Pilates principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients.
- Ability to modify exercises for different ability levels and physical limitations.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- Passion for health, fitness, and promoting wellness through Pilates.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
