Job Title: Quality Assurance Validation Specialist
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Validation Specialist to join our team at The Assurance Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain consumer safety by identifying and addressing defects, ensuring products are safe for use, and preventing product recalls.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards through effective quality management systems.
- Develop, update, and implement procedures for capturing, investigating, and documenting product complaints.
- Provide training and support to the quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
- Analyze customer complaints, CAPA's, and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
- Manage validation executions, including review and approval of IQ/OP/PQ documents, APR's, and related documentation from the quality side.
- Collaborate with the QA Director and other department heads to update SOP'S in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Quality assurance skills and experience.
- Overt-the-counter (OTC) experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology and methods.
- Computer skills, including database management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
