Business Intelligence Specialist - FP&A

The ASSURANCE group is looking for a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join their team. As a key player in our operations finance team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic financial planning and analysis.

You will prepare financial reports, analyze data, and develop forecasts to inform business decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analyses as requested.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a data warehouse to support financial reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or data analytics.
• Minimum of five years of prior experience in Finance or Business analyst role.
• Strong analytical skills required, including Advanced Excel, data warehouse queries, Power BI report development, and PowerPoint.
