Temporary Accounts Payable Associate
$20 - $23/hr.
Strong with numbers. Thorough with details. Reliable with deadlines. Our client, a leader in the contract manufacturing space, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate for a temporary assignment (maternity leave) supporting an accounting team.
What you’ll do:
Review and process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and corporate credit card transactions.
Collect new vendor onboarding information and verify banking details for electronic payments.
Respond to vendor and employee payment inquiries.
Maintain accurate vendor records and organized accounts payable documentation.
Assist with special projects, audits, reporting, scanning, and filing.
What you’ll bring:
At least 2 years of accounts payable experience.
Proficiency with an ERP system.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Hours for this position are Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm with a pay range of $20 -$23/hr.
