Fort Wayne FC are looking for a Performance Analyst to join the first-team staff. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.
The First-Team Performance Analyst is not currently included on trips to away games, however from time to time this will require travel for games within driving distance, pre-season trips, or on occasional games where circumstanced dictate they will travel with the team.

Essential Functions
- Film and code all first team training sessions, providing feedback to the coaching staff when necessary.
- Pre/post game analysis, working closely with coaching staff to deliver video & data reports
- Assist on matchday with live coding of games (in-stadium & locker room at home and remotely away).
- Periodical benchmarking reports on key trends league-wide including benchmarking the first-team performances vs our pre-established KPI’s.
- Individual analysis & spearheading player development measurements & benchmarks for IDP’s.
- Input on first-team player recruitment.
- Other duties as assigned by Head of Analysis or coaching staff.
- Thorough understanding of the application of data in professional football and a catalogue of previous work displaying your talent.
- 2 years of experience working within professional or NCAA soccer analysis.
- APFA Individual Player Development & Analysis and/or Post-Game Analysis courses or equivalent from a recognized body.
- Proficient in the use of Wyscout, Spiideo & Catapult Focus video analysis software or equivalent.
- Experience in filming training/matches, as well as flying drones.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, travel consistently & work to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, experience in building presentations using video and/or data to provide insights to the coaching staff.
