Position Summary

The Janitor I provides entry-level janitorial services at contract job sites. This role is designed to support individuals in learning job skills, gaining work experience, and contributing to a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and restroom cleaning
• Complete spot cleaning, window washing, and general upkeep tasks
• Follow OSHA safety standards and site-specific requirements
• Participate in company trainings and team meetings
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers
• Follow all company policies and expectations
• Support team efforts and workplace structure
• May be required to obtain security clearance depending on site
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required
• Ability to follow simple instructions and complete assigned tasks
• Ability to communicate basic information verbally and in writing
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning practices
• Experience working in a team environment
