- Provide direct daytoday oversight of operations and management for communities within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide operational guidance, establish strategic operating goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Partner with the CFO to drive annual community budgets, develop operating and capital budget guidelines, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Ensure strategic goals are communicated clearly and implemented effectively across field management teams.
- Identify trends or fluctuations impacting outcomes and implement corrective practices to improve performance.
- Ensure all direct reports and executive directors are fully informed of operational objectives.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team on key planning initiatives.
- Monitor and assess individual performance, providing coaching, feedback, development opportunities, and performance management.
- Establish annual team and individual goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure all policies and procedures comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Ensure all services meet the highest standards and align with industry best practices.
- Demonstrate understanding of compliance and ethics program policies and procedures.
- Complete all mandatory compliance, HIPAA, and regulatory training as required.
- Positively contribute to the company’s culture, energy, and growth.
- Serve as a member of the corporate emergency response team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and personal hygiene per company policies.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or healthcare administration required.
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration or business management preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of multicommunity leadership experience in the senior living industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications.
- Experience with senior living financial and sales reporting software, preferably Yardi.
- Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Organized, detailoriented, and professional demeanor.
- Flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate diplomatically.
- Flexible availability regarding hours, shifts, and days.
