Good time management skills. Work is sometimes in a fast pace environment. Make good use of time when slower.

Conduct prescreen interviews and schedule/conduct zoom Interviews for open positions, call potential employees, and answer phones.

Utilize computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as other software applications.

Outstanding problem solving skills and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to create and implement office processes and procedures.

Ability to communicate professionally with clients, customers, and employees.

Demonstrate likeability and excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Ability to direct office processes, planning, and organization.

Social Media savvy

Excellent at keeping paper trails, to inform CEO, Manager and Supervisors

Have knowledgeable of basis office equipment.

Awareness of inventory control processes.

Self starter with accuracy and time management abilities.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • leadership: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Professional Cleaning: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Excel: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
