We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team for a full-time seasonal position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes initiative, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Mowing, weed whacking, and general grounds maintenance
- Irrigation setup and maintenance
- Fencing, painting, and general property upkeep
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment
- General vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Removing debris, rocks, and raking as needed
- Operating equipment such as UTVs, trucks, and zero-turn mowers
Qualifications:
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license required
- No criminal record
- No formal degree required
