Role Details
- Compensation: Up to $77/hr W2

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain DVP&R plans
- Plan validation across simulation, lab, HIL, environmental, and field testing
- Review validation results for accuracy and traceability
- Work with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and systems teams
- Align validation plans with schedules and resources
What We’re Looking For
- Proactive ownership of DVP&R activities experience is a must
- Must have strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, lab, and program teams
- Experience tracking non-conformances and influencing effective closure of validation failures is required
- Must have an understanding of electronic product development
- Knowledge of validation methods and reliability engineering
- Familiarity with FMEA and risk-based validation
