About the Role
ASG is seeking Project Management professional(s) to lead our clients and ASG partners through Data Center Infrastructure site-readiness activities, culminating in successful partnership transactions. Led by executives with a proven track record of running large organizations, the company depends on this role, alongside the experienced ASG leaders, to turn strategic initiatives into successful project outcomes.
The PMO team will be responsible for managing clients and their project portfolios, delivering strong organizational discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple (10 ) active client workflows in parallel.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-GTM (Go-To-Market) Site Preparation:
- Facilitate site preparation planning by guiding clients through defined requirements of site-readiness. Examples: utilities, permitting status, land development progress, due diligence items, and coordination.
Client & Portfolio Management:
- Manage multiple clients and active projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are organized, dependencies are clearly tracked, and priorities are aligned with client expectations.
Project Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain all project trackers, dashboards, and documentation—including site readiness checklists, meeting actions, and high-level project plans.
GTM Support:
- Work alongside the Client Manager to monitor progress of GTM milestones and prepare regular internal and client-facing updates.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with engineering, real estate, utility, commercial, and strategy teams to ensure timely input into project workflows and overall site readiness.
Quality & Process Improvement:
- Standardize checklists, templates, and process frameworks to improve repeatability and efficiency across all projects.
Key Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree required. Candidates with degree(s) in math, real estate, business finance, economics or related areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
- 3–7 years of project management experience required. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification strongly preferred.
- Preferred background in data center development, real estate development, utilities/energy, mission-critical facilities, or a related infrastructure sector.
- Strong background managing complex development timelines, due diligence phases, or pre-construction processes.
- Ability to manage a large volume of parallel workstreams without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, SharePoint, etc.). HubSpot/CRM experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment
- Hybrid with preference for candidates in the Washington, DC metro region for occasional in-person strategy or working sessions.
- Up to 10–15% domestic travel for site visits, client meetings, or cross-team alignment.
