Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties across multiple areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers to maintain floor quality through buffing and other floor care procedures
- Handle waste disposal and ensure trash receptacles are emptied regularly
- Conduct detailed cleaning of surfaces, windows, and fixtures to uphold cleanliness standards
- Assist with custodial tasks related to residential painting or industrial cleaning as needed
- Maintain supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, including floor care and buffing
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively
- Experience with industrial cleaning or residential painting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as key attributes

Pay: $17.40 - $23.18 per hour
