The Artist Tree was the first recreational cannabis store to open in Fresno, West Hollywood, Oxnard, Riverside County, and Los Angeles. Position Summary

Fulfillment Team Members are an essential part of The Artist Tree team! They are responsible for curating our guest experience by fulfilling customer orders, restocking products, keeping inventory rotated and organized, and assisting in inventory control. They will further the creative and communal goals of the company while adhering to company procedures and cannabis regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Fulfilling customers’ orders as received with 100% accuracy
• Responsible for receiving and packing online orders - Delivery and pickup orders
• Maintain digital outlets
• Ensure proper product storage and handling with proper product rotation in accordance with FIFO
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Advise on upcoming "best by" dates for incoming inventory
• Assist in completion of opening and closing duties
• Assist in inventory audits when needed
• Answer phone calls
• Run curbside pickup
• Runs digital content audits
• Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

Desired Qualifications and Skills

Experience/Knowledge/Education:

• Previous one or more years’ experience as a Budtender or Inventory Specialist preferred
• Basic knowledge of cannabis products, and state and local cannabis compliance laws preferred

Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:

• Must be 21 or older
• English speaking or bilingual
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and make good judgments
• Dependable
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking for long periods of time
• Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, and carrying
• Reaching above, at, and below shoulder level
• Lifting and carrying unassisted up to 30 lbs. of bulk goods
