Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly using proper cleaning techniques to meet health standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or organizing ingredients when needed
- Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, serving stations, and assisting with cleanup afterward
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Help with food handling duties under supervision, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety standards, and food handling procedures
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations such as bussing, cleaning, or food preparation is a plus
- Experience with banquet or catering events is desirable but not mandatory
