As an integral member of the production team, Associates will be responsible for providing support to assigned production line. In team collaboration, Associates will produce quality quality products that are food safety sound. Associates will follow leadership directive on work assignments with the essential tools to work in a productive, safe manner and will exhibit good manufacturing and safety practices. Associates will be trained on product line to monitor the quality of the product as it enters the line. Associates will serve as well as be exemplary figures to fellow coworkers in the follow through of all Company Core Values, policies and procedures primarily, GMP | Food Safety guidelines.

Successful Factors |
§ Experience in a food processing operation USDA footprint.
§ Attention to detail, dependable and solid interpersonal skills.
§ Cultivate and promote a positive environment and have solid interpersonal skills.
§ Bilingual English | Spanish a plus.
§ Minimum of 2-5 years of in a food processing environment.
§ High School Diploma or equivalent
