Leading financial services company is seeking a seasoned infrastructure finance attorney with at least 6 years of experience - at least 5 of which should have been spent at a top law firm(s) - to join a small team of highly experienced transactional attorneys in NY and be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance on U.S. and international infrastructure finance transactions. Responsibilities include: supporting the deal origination teams in structuring, negotiating and documenting such transactions, working closely with the credit teams in identifying and structuring involving credit-related and other issues, assisting the surveillance teams with ongoing monitoring of closed transactions, and managing external legal counsel where appropriate.
