Front Desk Associate

📍 Atlanta, GA | 💲 $18–$20/hour | ⏱ Up to 40 hrs/week (flexible)

The Art of Touch Massage is a premium, experience-driven massage studio based in Atlanta, GA, focused on delivering high-quality bodywork alongside a thoughtful, guest-centered hospitality experience. The front desk plays a key role in ensuring every guest interaction is professional, warm, and seamless.

We are currently hiring a Hospitality Ambassador (Front Desk) for an immediate start. This is a customer-facing hospitality role responsible for guest experience, front desk operations, and daily coordination.

• Welcome and check in guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Engage guests in natural, service-oriented conversation
• Manage check-in and check-out with accuracy
• Support rebooking, memberships, and scheduling inquiries
• Coordinate closely with therapists and on-site staff to ensure smooth daily flow
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front desk environment

• Studying Hospitality, Hotel Management, Service Management, Business, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a people-facing, service-oriented environment
• Calm, adaptable, and quick to learn

(Students from Georgia Tech, Georgia State, Emory, or nearby universities are a plus but not required.)

• Pay: $18–$20 per hour
• Hours: Up to 40 per week (flexible scheduling; some evenings and weekends)
• Location: Atlanta, GA
• Start date: Immediately (within days preferred)

• Candidates must complete all new-hire paperwork in advance (I-9, W-4, payroll setup, NDA)
• The trial shift is paid hourly
• The trial shift will be overseen by Alex, who will manage onboarding, training, and performance evaluation
• If the trial shift is successful, we will move directly into ongoing employment
