About the Role
We’re seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to capture and produce content that showcases our facility, athletes, and brand story. This role involves managing day-to-day content creation for Instagram and YouTube, as well as handling podcast recording and editing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, sports-oriented environment and knows how to translate real moments into engaging digital content.
Responsibilities
Plan, film, and edit compelling video content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts) and YouTube.
Record, edit, and publish podcast episodes featuring our athletes, coaches, and special guests.
Collaborate on-site with coaches and staff to create content that highlights our training philosophy and culture.
Develop creative strategies to grow our online presence and audience engagement.
Monitor analytics and provide insights to enhance performance across platforms.
Stay up to date on social media and podcasting trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
Proven experience creating and managing content for Instagram and YouTube.
Skilled in video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Audition, GarageBand, or similar).
Experience recording, producing, and editing podcasts.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Baseball background or knowledge is preferred, but not required.
Compensation & Schedule
This is a part-time, on-site position (20–30 hours per week) located at The Art of Pitching in Upland, CA.
Pay is based on experience.
