We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting our jewelry products, and supporting outdoor sales events. The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting up pop-up tents and assisting with sales in a dynamic environment. A reliable vehicle capable of transporting a tent and merchandise is essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Set up and take down pop-up tents efficiently at various outdoor locations for sales events.
- Promote and sell jewelry products to customers, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Assist in managing inventory, displaying jewelry attractively, and ensuring the sales area is organized.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and facilitate sales transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards during setup, sales activities, and breakdowns.
- Transport tents, displays, and merchandise using a vehicle large enough to accommodate equipment safely.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a vehicle capable of transporting a pop-up tent and sales materials.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to handle physical tasks involved in setting up tents and displays.
- Prior experience in retail or outdoor sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work weekends or during peak sales periods as needed.
