What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts & Service Coordinator position at The Arnold Group?

Pay Rate/Range: $19-22/hr
Description: Assisting customers in diagnosing issues, identifying parts they require and help schedule and dispatch service technicians to fix customer's needs. Process and fulfill customer parts orders, work closely with the Parts Crib Supervisor and work with the Controller to ensure proper billing. Will spend most of the day in an office but will need to go on the plant floor from time to time. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Must have strong communication skills in person and over the phone, documentation skills, excellent problem solving skills, and computer skills, previous experience with Aptean Intuitive strongly preferred. Will oversee safety stock to make sure levels are appropriate for current market demands. Mechanical or equipment background experience helpful.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
