Pay Rate/Range: $18-25/hr DOE, 10% shift differential
Description:Based in Harper, KS, the Laser Operator is responsible for setting up and monitoring CNC laser cutting equipment, ensuring accuracy and part quality. They will also assist with first shift operations, including operating a piranha ironworker, running a tube bender, and supporting press brake operators as needed. Additionally, the Laser Operator will be responsible for cleaning, deburring, and preparing parts for the next production phase, reading and interpreting blueprints, and performing quality checks using calipers, tape measures, and other tools. The ideal candidate will be flexible, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced environment!
Job Requirements:
- Experience with CNC laser cutting preferred
- Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as piranha rionworker, tube bender, and press brake is a plus
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and use standard measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Capable of lifting up to 50lb and standing throughout the shift
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Pre-employment Requirements: drug screen and background check

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30pm-1:00am
