Are you a people-person with a knack for finding top talent and a flair for Spanish AND English? We’re on the hunt for an energetic, motivated, and resourceful Bilingual Recruiter to join our fast-paced, high-vibe recruiting team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Scouting the best talent across platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter.
- Interviewing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of exciting roles.
- Keeping things running smoothly by managing our HRIS system, filling staffing orders, and handling new hire paperwork.
- Leading the way with orientations and onboarding.
- Building long-lasting relationships with clients and delivering A customer service and account management.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fully fluent in Spanish and English – you can switch between the two like a pro.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience where you crushed it (bonus points for recruiting experience!).
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who’s excited to learn, grow, and make a difference.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (on-site)
