Pay Rate/Range: $14-16/hr, depending on experience
Description: An aerospace metal finishing company is currently hiring for multiple positions, including Sanders, Application Technicians, and Painters. These roles are critical to the finishing process for aerospace parts and offer a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-demand industry. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to work in a team environment. Training is available for candidates who show strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Job Requirements: Manufacturing or aerospace experience is preferred. Must be dependable, a team player, and willing to work overtime when needed. Candidates should be able to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift available
