Pay Rate/Range: $19.24-25.32/hr
Description: Seeking an Accounting Clerk to handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. The Accounting Clerk will handle customer billing, invoicing, cash applications, and collections for the receivable side. The Accounting Clerk will also process vendor invoices, match them to purchase orders, and prepare vendor payments to ensure company obligations are paid accurately and on time. Will maintain customer and vendor account records, reconcile both subledgers to the general ledger, support month end close and audit activities, and resolve billing and invoice discrepancies with customers, vendors and internal departments.
Job Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred, but not required. Must have 1-3 years of accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP and accounting systems is strongly preferred.
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
