Pay Rate/Range: $19-21/hr
Description: The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for processing and entering invoices accurately and in a timely manner, performing data entry, maintaining accounting records, and assisting with Accounts Receivable functions. This role will also reconcile and verify information for accuracy, update spreadsheets and reports using Excel, and provide general administrative and accounting support to the team. Additional duties and special projects may be assigned as needed.
Job Requirements: Qualified candidates will have previous accounting, bookkeeping, or office support experience, along with strong data entry skills and a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Reliable attendance and strong professional communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Temporary
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
