Army Barracks in Salem, NH is looking for an energetic, outgoing Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team! We’re a one-of-a-kind retail store open to the public, specializing in military surplus, camping, survival, tactical gear, airsoft, and tons of unique finds.
If you love helping people, enjoy hands-on retail, and want to work around awesome gear—this could be the job for you.
Schedule
- Store hours: 10 AM – 6 PM daily
- Typical shifts: 10–6 or 12–6
- At least one weekend shift required
What You’ll Do
- Greet, assist, and engage customers
- Ring sales using our POS system
- Answer phones and emails professionally
- Receive, stock, and merchandise products
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly personality with strong people skills
- Must be 18 and able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for shifts, and climb ladders
- Comfortable handling and discussing knives, swords, and airsoft products
- Availability on weekends and some holidays
