What You’ll Work On
- Improve operational workflows across dispatch, warehousing, fulfillment, and order management
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps across the commercial logistics operation, then work cross-functionally to help solve them
- Translate operational needs into clear business and system requirements
- Partner with operations, sales, leadership, product, and development teams
- Support integrations and process improvements across internal systems and emerging AI initiatives
- Help coordinate projects, track execution, and keep initiatives moving forward
- Drive adoption of new processes and systems across the organization
- Earn increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities as you grow in the role
- Sharp, resourceful, and highly organized
- Naturally analytical with strong problem-solving instincts
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and figuring things out quickly
- Strong communicator who can confidently navigate conversations across operational and technical teams
- Energized by fast-paced environments where priorities evolve
- Motivated by growth, ownership, and impact
- 2 years of professional experience (internships and coordinator roles absolutely count)
- Exposure to operations, business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, or systems work
- Experience with ERP systems (especially NetSuite), logistics, WMS, or dispatch software is a major plus
- Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Work directly with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives
- Gain hands-on exposure to operations, technology, and business strategy
