💰 What You Get
- $20/hour starting pay
- Full-time, steady local work (home every night)
- Clear path to Crew Leader (run your own 2–4 man crew = more responsibility growth)
You’re not just driving—you’re running the job.
- Drive a 26-ft straight truck on local routes
- Lead the crew on-site—loading, unloading, keeping things moving right
- Protect customers’ furniture like it’s your own (pads, wrap, etc.)
- Handle inventory paperwork (Bills of Lading, inventories, etc.)
- Keep your truck in check and stay DOT compliant
- Be the face of the company when dealing with customers
- Experience driving a 26-ft box truck (Class C)
- Clean driving record able to pass DOT requirements
- Moving, delivery, or furniture experience = a big plus
- Comfortable leading a small crew (or ready to step into it)
- Can handle the physical side—this is hands-on work
- Good with customers—respectful, clear communication
- Willingness to work some Saturdays when needed
- Lifting up to 75 lbs regularly
- Bending, walking, carrying, working on your feet most of the day
- It’s active work—but it keeps you moving and the day goes by fast
- You’re not stuck doing just one thing—you learn the full operation
