The Armory is growing, and we're looking for a Venue Sales Specialist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for many of our couples, you'll help shape their experience from their initial inquiry through booking. You'll guide venue tours, manage your pipeline, and work closely with our planning team to create a seamless client experience.
What You'll Do
- Respond to new inquiries and schedule venue tours
- Lead personalized tours for prospective couples
- Build relationships and confidently guide clients through the booking process
- Manage follow-up communication and your sales pipeline using our CRM
- Collaborate with our planning and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff after booking
- Contribute ideas that improve the client experience and our sales process
