Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welding Supervisor based in Mason, OH. The Welding Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensure that welding tasks meet quality control and safety standards, and inspect work to maintain adherence to specifications. The role involves supervising welding operations, assigning tasks, training team members on proper techniques, and addressing any technical or productivity issues that may arise. The Welding Supervisor will also collaborate closely with other teams to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in managing and motivating teams
- Proficiency in Welding, including TIG Welding, and knowledge of best practices
- Experience in Welding Inspection and an understanding of Quality Control processes
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in a metal fabrication environment and familiarity with ISO certified operations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in welding or supervision are a plus
