Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate center director to lead our preschool facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience in managing educational programs. As the center director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and fostering positive relationships with families and staff. Your leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the center, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulations.
-Develop and implement high quality educational programs that meets the needs of children from infancy through preschool.
- Supervise and support teaching staff and providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
-Ensure safe, clean, and engaging environment for all children in care.
- Build strong relationships with parents and families, addressing their concerns, and promote open communication.
- Maintain accurate records related to enrollment, attendance, and child assessments.
-Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and health regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Preferred Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education/related field (relevant experience will be considered)
-Previous childcare experience in a licensed center
- At least one year of management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
-Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
-Ability to create a positive learning environment the support children's development
-Commitment to ongoing professional development in Early Childhood education.

Pay- 40,000-50,000 a year
