Job Summary
Our Operations and Outreach Manager supports the Program Director in all things while mainly focusing on community relations and projects, Marketing, staff relationships, parent relationships etc. You will have the opportunity to lead our entire team strategically and on a daily basis to achieve various goals and objectives for the Academy.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Facilitate community relationships projects
- Enrollment: Family Retention, Marketing, Customer Service etc.
- Safety and Compliance, fiscal responsibilities, budget control and daily operations
- Staffing: Staff Retention; hires quality and high performing staff
- Manages a team of 25-35 team members and build successful relationships within the academy and the community. to ensure successful operations
Qualifications and Requirements
- Qualifications must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
- At least 1 year previous managerial experience in a licensed childcare center
- At lease 2 -3 years previous experience in Early Childhood Education
- Ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the various state regulatory bodies governing the academy and their requirements (DHS, Health, Fire safety requirements etc.); solid plan on how to keep the school in compliance all the time.
- A self-starter who can take ownership of the academy with the ability to successfully manage the demanding daily affairs of up to 200 kids and 35 staff members
- Genuine interest in people and love to support and help children

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:

Experience:
- Early childhood education: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CDA, Associate or Bachelors degree in ECE? (Preferred)
