Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales efforts and build relationships with wholesaler partners across the designated territory of the Northeastern United States. This full-time role includes promoting HVACR products, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer support. The candidate will be based in Albany, NY, with the flexibility to work from home certain days. Regular travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events is required.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship management skills, including negotiation and customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of the HVACR industry, products, and market trends.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and identifying growth opportunities.
