Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.
- Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including the kitchen and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Provide menu information and answer guest inquiries regarding food items and specials.
- Uphold food handling and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with bussing techniques and food service operations is a plus.
