Sales Representative
About the Role:
We’re hiring motivated Sales Reps to help families find the right life insurance solutions. You’ll work with qualified leads (no cold calling), meet clients remotely , and build lasting relationships while growing your career.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with clients and learn about their needs
- Present simple, tailored life insurance options
- Build strong client relationships with ongoing support
- Track your sales activity and hit goals
- Stay compliant with company and industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
- Great communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- High school diploma (college degree a plus)
- Life insurance license (or willingness to get one)
