Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and reliable Wedding and Event Venue Set Up Coordinators with strong customer service experience. This role is vital in creating memorable experiences by ensuring every aspect of venue setup aligns with client expectations and event requirements. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, enjoy being outside on the shores of Lake Tahoe, be able to lift 35-50 pounds. Paid position, offering opportunities to develop skills in event set- up, PA system use and wedding etiquette. This position is a part- time seasonal position from May - October and can easily be worked around another job. The venue is an outdoor location, on a park like beach setting.
Duties
- Interface with clients, vendors, and internal team members to understand specific event setup needs and preferences
- Coordinate the timely installation and breakdown of ceremony chairs, aisle runner and PA system.
- Manage venues rules and regulations with guests and general public
- Ability to lift and set up chairs and PA system
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors and clients effectively
- Strong references in reliability
