What You’ll Do
- Full-Time Evening shift: 11:00am to closing (~8:30pm) on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Flexibility to assist with morning shift coverage (5:00am – 2:00pm) as needed
Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: $49,470 - $63,604
Responsibilities
- Plans and implements front of the house dining standards, procedures and service.
- Inputs charges for meals, special functions and other related charges.
- Assists in monthly in-services.
- Coordinates scheduling of waitstaff and hosts/hostess.
- Ensures dining functions and events are implemented according to service standards.
- Performs the necessary duties for emergency drills and situations such as fire, fire alarms, hurricanes, and other possible emergencies as outlined in the Disaster Response Playbook. Ensures departmental compliance with corporate, state, and federal safety guidelines.

Education/Experience
