Provides supervision, support and services to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities in obtaining job skills in order to work independently in community employment through the assembly, production, and packaging contract work for ArcWorks business customers. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the set-up, production, quality, and on-time delivery of large scale, controlled environment, and/or technical assembly (wiring/cable assembly, soldering, electro-mechanical assembly) of customer products. .
