Full-time Description The Arc Western Montana is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a medical group home setting. This is a unique opportunity to step away from fast-paced clinical environments and provide meaningful care in a person-centered setting.

This is a full-time position at 36 hours per week. We are currently hiring for our 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am).

- Shift Differential: $1 per hour 7pm - 7am
- Paid training including a comprehensive introduction to working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Mandt certification

- Conduct monthly health assessments and routine wellness checks
- Administer medications and manage medical orders
- Attend and support clients during medical appointments
- Maintain clear and accurate electronic documentation
- Support triage for clients in other group homes as needed

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Current RN license in the State of Montana
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Relatively clear driver record with at least 3 years of driving experience
