✨ What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative & clerical support to Youth Services.
- Maintain monthly timelines, service documentation, and end-of-month paperwork.
- Complete petty cash, mileage logs, youth allowances, purchase receipts.
- Maintain client records per COMAR, DHS-SSA, DDA, and agency policy.
- Provide up to 20 hours/week direct support (appointments, absences, emergency coverage).
- Review documentation for quality assurance, billing accuracy, and compliance (attendance, drills, care tracker).
- Support CARF accreditation tracking and required documentation.
- Coordinate bulk supply orders (clothing, bedding, priority items).
- Maintain resource guides, schedule quarterly reviews, prepare service plans and youth handbooks.
- Participate in Emergency On-Call rotation; perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year residential experience required; clerical/administrative experience preferred.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with 2 years driving experience; able to safely transport individuals.
- Ability to provide direct care and implement physical interventions if necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Attend New Hire Training — M–F, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM for first 3 weeks 2 days.
- Must pass comprehensive background checks (state & national), fingerprinting, drug screen, and physical/ergonomic testing.
