Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Join The Arc of Washington County, a nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1952. We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals to support our Day Services program (Day Break) on our main campus.
✨ What You’ll Do:
✔️ 18 with high school diploma or GED REQUIRED
✔️ Valid U.S. driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience (not on a permit)
✔️ 1 year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities
✔️ Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and basic reading/math test
✔️ Available for 3 weeks of paid M–F training (8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
