Thrift Store Production Associate- Argonne

It takes keen eyes and a knowledge of quality goods to work on The Arc of Spokane Thrift Store’s production team. You might accept donations from the public; you may unload, sort, tag, hang or price donations. Our associates are on their feet and constantly moving throughout their shift. You understand that you are a valued part of a team that works together to process our donated goods. You are dependable, have initiative, diligence, and the ability to assist in meeting hourly, daily, and weekly production goals and sales quotas.

Physical requirements for most positions will include but are not limited to: The ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. May also work in inclement weather or extreme temperatures.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, the desire to work as part of a team, and will always strive for exceptional customer service.

Available Schedules:

• Part-Time, 32 hrs/week, Wednesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass required background checks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour; Non-exempt, For positions 30 hours a week Medical, Dental, Life Insurance. All positions receive Paid Time Off (PTO) after eligibility period and 10 Paid Holidays.

• All pay is based on longevity at The Arc of Spokane; thus, the starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.
