Salary Range: $16.00-$18.00

What You’ll Do (aka: Why You’ll Never Be Bored!)

As a Retail Stock Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our store looking fantastic and running efficiently. Your days might include things like:

• Loading and unloading our box truck using carts, dollies, furniture covers—your toolkit for success!
• Helping customers schedule donation pickups or deliveries
• Setting up merchandise displays and shifting items as new treasures arrive
• Handling donated items with care (you’re basically a superhero for fragile things)
• Testing appliances/electronics before they hit the sales floor
• Running the cash register and assisting customers with purchases or donations
• Keeping aisles clear, areas tidy, and the store safe for everyone
• Helping lock up and secure the building and equipment

No two days are the same, and flexibility is your secret weapon!

What You Bring

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• Strong communication and people skills
• A knack for organizing anything—from boxes to furniture layouts
• Solid time management skills (your planner probably has color-coded tabs)
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs (or show off your teamwork skills for anything bigger!)
• Comfort using tech (phones, maps, social apps, Microsoft Office)
• A professional, courteous attitude—whether working with customers, donors, vendors, or volunteers
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks throughout the day

Bonus points if you’ve got leadership instincts or retail experience!

Your Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years retail or customer service experience
• Ability to operate a POS/cash register
• Ability to pass required background checks and maintain a drug-free workplace

Physical Requirements

This is an active role, perfect for someone who likes staying on the move! You’ll be walking, lifting, bending, reaching, crouching, and helping customers for much of the day.
