What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse FT position at The Arc of Monroe?

Provides nursing services for the Arc in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Ensures that individuals are receiving appropriate, ongoing health care and coordinates health care and documentation between families of people supported, community residences, and day/work programs. There shall be an RN available to unlicensed direct care staff 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). The RN must be either on site or immediately available by telephone assuring quality care to the individuals we support.
Minimum Education & Experience
- RN with a minimum of two years experience of professional practice. One to two years professional experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Licensure/Certification
- Licensed by the New York State Department of Education and a graduate of an approved nursing program
- Valid NYS Driver's License. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self and/or individuals as necessary.
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
Salary : $73,008 - $83,408
