What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Operator FT position at The Arc of Monroe?
The Assembly Operator position exists to assist the Production Supervisors in completing contract work for our customers, while ensuring the on-time delivery of products by utilizing identified ISO quality control practices and procedures.
Minimum Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED plus one year experience in a manufacturing environment or combination of manufacturing experience and computer skills will be considered.

- Basic Computer Literacy as evidenced by the ability to go online and conduct basic searches on the Internet, check his/her email account, create and send e-mail with an attachment and use simple email features. Can open spreadsheets and word processing documents to read and make simple edits.
- The ability to adapt, quickly to changing needs and responsibilities.
- The ability to learn procedures from verbal instructions, visual demonstrations, samples, and from written instructions.
- The ability to work as a team member.
- The ability to accept constructive feedback from members of the ArcWorks staff, and follow through with requests and/or suggestions made.
