The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Industry Integrated Manager serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time position is based out of the S. Wilson Pollock Center for Industrial Training facility in Mechanicsburg.
This staff member assists in the fiscal, administrative, client, and public relations areas of CIT's assigned Industry Integrated Programs.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. One year experience in vocational rehabilitation is preferred. Additional experience in dealing with private industry and/or experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred. Any combination of education and/or experience is acceptable. Must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license and comply with CPARC/CIT Driving Policy.

- Manage existing and potential sites for our Industry Integrated Programs based on current funding availability.
- Oversee the development of job descriptions, public relations, client recruitment, client payroll, and billing within the Industry Integrated Program.
- Monitors quality of service delivery at Industry Integrated Programs.
- Trains off-site supervisors on process issues including clinical procedures, paperwork, emergency medical procedures, referral and slot availability procedures, and placement procedures.
