The Agency With Choice (AWC) Human Resources (HR) Hiring Coordinator performs a variety of Agency With Choice Human Resources Support Service Professional (SSP) Enrollment/onboarding duties in accordance with the policies and procedures of The Arc of Chester County.

The Agency With Choice (AWC) Human Resources (HR) Hiring Coordinator performs a variety of Agency With Choice Human Resources Support Service Professional (SSP) Enrollment/onboarding duties in accordance with the policies and procedures of The Arc of Chester County.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate, collaborate and/or implement The Arc of Chester County's 5-year Strategic Plan
- Complete all training and qualifications requirements.
- Complete all steps in the hiring process of AWC Support Service Professionals (SSPs).
- Maintains AWC Training tracker for SSPs scheduled to complete SSP Enrollment/onboarding.
- Provide SSPs with all application documents.
- Enter new SSP hire information into HR systems and verify that the SSP is set up to log time for the participant’s approved services.
- Collaborate with AWC HR team to ensure that there is a designee on-site and available to meet with SSPs for in person I-9 identification verification.
- Collect all required pre-employment clearances and screenings and follow agency procedures and protocols for any clearances that come back with records/unsatisfactory results.
- Ensure the tracking of all SSP training and ensure SSP qualifications requirements are met prior to hire.
- Generate reports, analyze data related to enrollment/onboarding and training and refer to management for review and resolution.
- Create personnel files for new SSPs, making sure all the required documents are collected and completed properly in accordance with laws and program requirements before moving forward with the SSP hire date, training date, and service delivery start date.
- Communicate, track and submit for filing SSP correspondence throughout the enrollment/onboarding process.
- Document and maintain all data collection points within the enrollment/onboarding process in accordance with departmental and agency procedures.
- Inform PCs when SSP is hired and ready to be trained immediately and confirm the date the SSP is scheduled to receive training.
- Compose required AWC HR correspondence, such as conditional offer, employment offer, and cleared for service delivery letters to SSP applicants.
- Submit department invoices for clearance expenses to AWC HR Management team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Arc HR, AWC HR regulations, and HR labor laws as they relate to SSP hiring.
- Participate in departmental, agency, and other meetings as needed and required.
- Participate in Arc sponsored events.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 3 years administrative experience.
- At least 1 year of Human Resources experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proficient knowledge of computer equipment, word processing and database software.
- Ability to access/use/submit information into various databases as required.
