What You'll Do
As the Summer Program Supervisor, you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily program activities
- Lead and support a team of staff to ensure a positive participant experience
- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and safe environment
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines and safety standards
- Collaborate with students, families, and community partners
- Support recruitment efforts and help facilitate a 3-week summer camp program
- Flexible schedule based on program needs
- Generally aligned with typical business hours
- Availability required for recruitment activities and full participation during the 3-week camp program
- $60,000 annual salary
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals who are blind or visually impaired
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to plan and coordinate group activities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required pre-employment and ongoing drug screenings
