What You'll Do
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in our group homes, apartments, and supported living programs
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, hygiene, and household tasks
- Encourage personal development and community involvement through recreation, social outings, and goal-based activities
- Ensure the safety, health, and dignity of each individual while maintaining accurate electronic documentation
- Work collaboratively with your team and supervisors to uphold The Arc's mission and values

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Compassion, reliability, and teamwork
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid NJ Driver's License with no more than five points
- 18 years or older
- At least one year of longevity with a previous employer
