Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a strategic training plan
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements
- Define key performance indicators
- Design, develop, and implement diverse training programs, including leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills training.
- Ensure training content is engaging, relevant, and tailored to the learning styles and needs of employees.
- Manage the creation and update of training materials, manuals, and resources.
- Lead and manage the training department, including hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in learning and development.
- Work closely with department heads to customize training programs based on specific team or departmental needs.
